We want you to love your Motel pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return shipping carrier to generate a prepaid label or a QR code for paperless drop-off.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed and the return label is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
